Psychological Counselling helps to bring awareness, acceptance and change during times that may be difficult to move through. A non-judgmental, supportive and confidential space is given to guide this process. I work with current challenges and long-standing issues. My approach is guided by Western and Eastern traditions of psychology. |
Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness allows us to practice being present - with oneself and the surrounding world; guiding us to move from thinking into sensing and experiencing. It supports a balance between relaxation and vividness, improving a sense of clarity and stability of mind. |
